Elle Nail Boutique was founded by husband-and-wife team Elizabeth and Loc Nguyen. Elizabeth grew up in her family's nail salons and has spent years in the beauty industry, while Loc discovered his passion for nail artistry through creating intricate designs and mastering modern techniques. Together, they combined their experience and vision to create a salon centered around craftsmanship, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.
